A wide sorting range, quick adjustment options, and low maintenance technology all ensure a reliable and flexible production flow.

The vibration chute is provided with exchangeable sieve decks that determine the sorting accuracy. These may even be exchanged during the process. By means of adjustable vibration, the imbalance motors ensure correct transportation and sorting of the product, allowing the process to be realised seamlessly.

The machine has been manufactured of stainless steel and is low-maintenance. The drive of the rollers are mounted on the inside and have been hermetically closed. The latter is also true for the continuously adjustable setting machine. The diameter and rotation speed of the rollers determine the high accuracy of this machine.
