To effectively allow the desired additives to be applied to the product, Tomanus has developed the dip belt. Using a dispensing system, the belt is conveyed through a water bath with additives.
The time during which the product remains in the bath can be varied between 15 and 70 seconds, which will ensure an optimum result with minimum loss of dip liquid. Due to the advanced design, sticking and accumulation of product as contamination of the belt, is kept to a minimum.
